ASVAHow to use ASVA
Set up once in about five minutes. After that ASVA runs on its own, and you control everything by sending a simple WhatsApp message. Nothing to learn, nothing to open daily.
Three steps, about five minutes
Put it on your Tally computer
Download one file, run it, and type the short code we read out to you on the phone. About 5 minutes, and there is nothing else to install.
It messages your customers
From your own WhatsApp number, in clear English (or Hindi, Gujarati and Marathi if you prefer). Bills go out with the PDF, reminders are polite and timed, and they stop the moment a customer replies.
You get paid faster
Payments update from Tally on their own. Every night ASVA sends you one WhatsApp: who paid today, and who to call.
The setup wizard does the rest, it connects your Tally and saves your bills to a folder on your computer for you. Keep TallyPrime open while you use ASVA.
You do nothing, it just works
ASVA reads new entries from Tally on its own, sends each bill and reminder from your own WhatsApp number, pauses the moment a customer says they have paid or gives a date, and every evening sends you one WhatsApp: who paid, and who to call. When you want to do something yourself, just message ASVA any of the commands below, in English or Hindi.

A view-only phone app that shows your live dues and who to chase, wherever you are. Nothing to type, nothing you can break.
Open ASVA on your computer
Click the Phone app button at the top. A QR code appears.
Scan it with your phone camera
It opens your shop's app, already linked to the same live data as your computer. No login, no code to type.
Add to Home Screen
Tap your browser menu and "Add to Home Screen". Now it opens like an app, any time.
The phone app is view-only, so you can hand your phone to anyone safely. Everything is controlled from WhatsApp or your computer.
